What percentage of museums lack proper resources for indoor climate control? Are underserved communities more vulnerable to losing access to art as climate change becomes more severe? Are there concerns about the broader effects that this lack of access to art may have on these communities?

Dear Alison,

I think that an important question to be adressed before the issue about ressources is why I would need climate control inside them? Are they really unable to mitigate outdoor changes?

Regarding uderserved communities again it depends on how their buildings are behaving, if their buildings do not mitigate outdoor fluctuations then they will need to think about an strategy that contributes to mitigate the outdoor influence and this strategy can be even lowcost in some cases, in those that such strategies are not possible then yes, cultural patrimony may be at risk
