I thoroughly enjoyed the presentation some questions I have are:

1. In terms of climate change-current trajectories in Europe, how will it disproportionally impact museums and galleries in these areas?

2. How do the pests during the winter time help collections in the museums? What kind of bugs are they?

3. How do you accommodate for buildings that have no HVAC systems to preserve collections?

Hello Gabriela,

1. yes, climate change will impact dispropotionally Europe as I mentioned we can distinguish a more humid environment in the North of Europe and a more dry in the Mediterrranean basin

2. Pests are akways harmfull, when very low temperatures are reached during Winter time, these insects die and therefore collections are safer regarding this issue.

3. Well as I mentionned in my first slides there are several buildings that preserved collections of artworks for centuries, so the real question is how they do it? and how can new buildings destinated to become museums can implement strategies learn from them
